Summary of Terms & Conditions
The prize is a meal for two people at Calvia Beach House, comprising a welcome cocktail each, two starters, two main courses, dessert, coffee, and a bottle of house wine or cava, up to a total value of €200. The prize must be redeemed by 31 October 2026, subject to reservation and availability. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and any spend above €200 is payable by the winner.

THE PRIZE.

The winner and their guest of choice will enjoy:

  1. Welcome cocktails on arrival — one signature cocktail each, chosen from the cocktail menu

  2. Starters to share — two starters selected from the menu

  3. Main courses — one main each, any choice from the menu (including the dish they voted as their favourite, naturally)

  4. Desserts — One each, plus coffee

  5. A bottle of house wine or cava with the meal

Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Calvia Beach House, Carrer Cala Blanca, 7, 07181 Magaluf, Illes Balears, Mallorca, Spain ("the Promoter"). CIF: B72780901

  2. Eligibility. The competition is open to any person aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition.

  3. Entry period. The competition opens on 16 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 CEST on 30 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

  4. How to enter. Entry is via the form at https://www.calviabeachhouse.com/competition, by submitting your name, email address, and your favourite dish at Calvia Beach House. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed and only the first entry counted.

  5. The prize. One winner will receive a meal for two at Calvia Beach House comprising one welcome cocktail per person, two starters, two main courses, dessert, coffee, and a bottle of house wine or cava, up to a total value of €200. Any spend above €200 is payable by the winner. The prize must be redeemed by 31 October 2026, is subject to reservation and availability, may exclude special event dates, is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  6. Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 July 2026 using a random number generator. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email on 1 July 2026 and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another entrant.

  8. Publicity. With the winner's prior consent, the Promoter may announce the winner's first name and favourite dish on its website and social media channels, and may publish photos or video of the winner enjoying the prize. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving the prize.

  9. Data protection. Personal data submitted will be used solely to administer this competition in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants who separately opt in to the newsletter will be added to the Promoter's mailing list and may unsubscribe at any time. Entry data of those who do not opt in will be deleted within [60] days of the competition closing.

  10. Social platforms. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok.

  11. General. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
